Tiffany believes that every person deserves the best form of treatment necessary for he/she to reach their goal in therapy. Every person comes in with different life struggles and issues, and believes that no one should be put in a cookie-cutter therapy box. Depending on what the person’s issues and goals are, treatment methods will be discussed and practiced to specifically reach the goal(s). Although several modalities might be used, Tiffany has an extensive background in using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), which can be used for many life and mental health struggles, and is usually used as a short-term solution to reach goals. However, CBT can also be used for a lengthy period, depending on the severity of issue(s).
